Hi. There have been some helpful posts about injured chickens and I was relieved to read some success stories. How do you know if the chicken is suffering from their injury?

She is laying around. She’s got a quarter size gash in her hiney and under her wing a lot of feathers missing. I’ve cleaned the wound. And removed any loose feathers.
she is sleeping a lot. She is not walking around. It just happened today. My golden doodle got her. She is only 10 weeks old. The coop door opened from a very windy night and I didn’t know and let the dogs out per usual.
I noticed she had a tiny bit of water.
she doesn’t seem like she is in distress.

This is the worst part of the wound.

What did you clean her with?
How deep are the wounds?
Is she able to stand?
Is she alert when awake?
How much extra sleeping is she doing?

Keep those wounds slathered in antibiotic ointment to fend off infection as well as keeping them from drying out.
Keep her in where it is warm, clean and quiet so you can monitor her closely.

That looks substantial. Have you checked her everywhere else, even under the wings and moved her feathers around, to see that this is the only spot that she's hurt?

If this is it (probably even if there's more) - trim the feathers away from the wound with scissors and wash with a gentle soap and warm water, then apply neosporin/triple antibiotic ointment with NO PAIN RELIEF on thick. Keep her warm and in a dimly lit space so she can sleep.

I cleaned it with Vetericyn Plus anti microbial hydro gel
I don’t know how deep but maybe one centimeter?? It doesn’t look good to me.
she is not alert. Sleeping A lot. If I move her a little she’ll wake up and look around. She has not stood up since about 1pm Eastern.
keeping her inside and safe. I will make sure to keep lathering ointment.
