A bit of watered down gatorade dripped along her beak or eye-droppered a bit at a time into her mouth can help.
Check the opposite side of her body from the wound as the dog's other teeth may have caused skeletal/internal injury in a pinching/tearing motion.
Is vetting her a consideration?
