My Welsh Harlequin duck, Emma, has been limping since last night. She's favoring her right leg. She was holding it up this morning, now she's standing on both feet, but putting more weight on the left and still limping heavily. I didn't see anything abnormal when I looked at her foot, and she didn't seem to be in pain when I touched anywhere. Both legs are warm, but her right felt a little warmer then the other. I have her in a smaller pen right now with a couple of female friends, but is there anything else I can do for her to help the leg heal? I don't know if it's a sprain or what.

Absolutely gorgeous ducks 💜
If she was my duck, I would continue to keep her contained in a smaller area, close to her flock, and keep a close eye on her. If you're not seeing any swelling or anything else, let's hope it's something that will heal on it's own quickly. You can let her soak in a warm bath with Epsom salts, just don't let her drink any. This may help with her pain, much like it helps us sometimes.

I'll tag a couple of my favorite duck folks that might have some experience with this.
@Overo Mare @WVduckchick
@Crazy Maizie @Isadora @Everose @KaleIAm @Daphne_loves_mealworms @shawluvsbirds @CoriM
@BirdsBeesTrees @Miss Lydia

This is just a few fellow duck addicts. I'm sure someone will be online and can help. I hate to tag so many people but there are still a few more that quickly come to mind. My apologies for the numerous tags. We are so lucky to have so many knowledgeable folks here. I am so grateful for them 💜

Thank you! I will do that.

She is a beauty! :love
Limps are very hard to diagnose. So many possibilities! I usually give it a couple days of monitoring to see if it gets better or worse.
I don’t see any bumble foot in that pic, can you see an injury on the bottom of her foot?

In addition to the things Heather suggested, swimming is good therapy if she has a small pool to get in without too much difficulty.

Thank you :). I didn't see anything wrong with the foot, so I thought it might have been her leg. She does have a pool, but she has to climb rocks to get into it so it might be hard for her right now. I could put her in it and give her a few minutes to swim and then take her out.

I have a Welsh-Harlequin with the same issue. But she seems able to run on it when necessary because she won't let me grab her! She won't have any bumble foot as they have been staying outside of the shed overnight while the newborn ducklings grow a little.
I know it's a bit of a no-no to leave them outside at night, but they have a goose friend and the pond has a tonne of dogs and human activity during the daytime to leave scents to get the coyotes away. I need give the ducklings some time with their Momma's because Daddy Drake was pecking at them viciously. He can stay outside with his three preferred lady friends.
