Advice on pricing birds

I'm presently selling 4 young (not full train) india blues for $550 as a package. they look wild type to me but I've no idea what they might carry. one of our males previously was half java, but they dont look part java (to me who knows nothing) and if they are its very watered down. I know you have fancy ones so this doesn't help very much but it's at least a starting point.

I wish you were local to me. I need hens and was considering fancy boys as well.

ETA: but I have those 4, two full grown males and only 2 females so I have incentive to take less to get them out before breeding season. lol.

I’m not in a hurry and don’t need to get rid of them fast. I have time to sell them bird by bird or as a whole if the right offer comes up. I’m just not sure what the value of each bird is and I don’t want to give them away.

if I could take my time, I'd want 200 each for my regular IBs, if that helps any

Then go to Legg's Peafowl website and see what they charge for the different colors and ages, they have two lists. Then consider that they get more because of their name and mark your birds down from there.

I agree. Go to Brads website Leggs peafowl farm and look at his prices. Then surf Craigslist in your area and find a good middle ground for pricing. 😉
