Thank you for all your help and advice.
I did decide to drain her abdomen and took a grand total of over 400ml from her. She is very much happier now and walking quite normally. She is pigeon toed but I think that is due to her having been so bloated. She just wanted to get back in with the others.
I might check her out and drain her again but not for a few days. If she gets back to normal (I know it will be temporary) I will get back to her feet and keep checking them.
