Advice on the remaining egg

Some are not very good at keeping track of the chicks, after all, they can't count. My wife has super hearing compared to me and she has heard and rescued many lost birds.

You know I actually thought they could count, as last year when one of the Peahens didn't have all three chicks she made that what I can only call distress sound.
Anyway, I took a shocking picture with my phone.
