I have a chinese goose that's about a month old, and I've noticed that she sits and stays seated a LOT. She doesn't seem to like to get up at all. I'm worried that she might have weak legs, as I've heard that it's a common problem among geese. Is there anything I can/should do or watch out for? Right now, the goose is on chicken feed and left outside in a grass field where she gets plenty of greens.

im not fimiliar with that condition amoung geese but my old white embeden had injured his leg with something and was about 2-3 weeks limping, but later got better on his own due to that i would grab him and massage his leg and his theigh. give it a try it might help the blood flow and help his leg heal faster, could even be a sore muscle, either way im sure it could help.
