Well I broke down and went to the vet today. He thinks they have a bacterial infection and I got medicine I put down their throats with a syringe. He also gave me something to put in the water for coccidia. I feel tons better even if I'm $96.00 poorer. 
I figure with all the stuff I was buying and gonna buy to try, it was worth it. Thank you to everyone who offered advice and encouragement. I'll let you know how it turns out!
