Advice please! Lethargic 6 week old turkey poult

I noticed yesterday one of my 6 week old poults was acting lethargic, wings are down and her crop felt empty. I got her to drink a little water last night and gave her a couple drops of Nutri drench. This morning she seems the same. I made her some scrambled eggs but she only took one bite. I put ACV in her water but she hasn’t drank yet. What else can I do?
