Sour crop not resolving

I have a 3 yr old barred rock with sour crop. She puked on me when I was trying to wrangle her away from the flock. She went 24 hrs without water. Gave her ACV in water. Happily drank. I also was massaging her neck down to crop with burps. 48 hrs in she got scrambled egg. So hungry I had to ration it. Today she has an air balloon crop again and won’t eat. Will sip water. Should I just keep holding her in the hospital crate with water only for a few days?
