I have 8 banty eggs in a nest and 4 hens. They are fertile eggs. All 4 are laying but none are actually setting on the eggs. I hate to let them keep laying as they can't cover them all. Should I mark them and take out the new ones or let mother nature take care of it.

Unless one of your hens go broody they won't sit and hatch the eggs for you. You can mark some eggs and leave it for them and hope they get the hint, but it's not guaranteed that it will work. It really depends on how prone to broodiness the hens are.
