For how many eggs: as long as they are not sticking out around the edges, that will probably be fine.

Make sure to give her all the eggs on the same day, so all the chicks hatch about the same time.

I agree, however, you'll want to check on her to see if any eggs are getting cold.

I personally wold give her 7 or 9 rathe than 8 though.
