Advice whether this chicken coop is good or not

No, we will not be planning on getting chicks at this moment but maybe in the future.
Right now we a adolescent polish roo and a silver laced wyandotte, we are planning to get some bantams at the local fairs coming up.
So most if not all will be fully grown.

Ya know, you can get most the wood you would need already cut to size at lowes if you use a simple design thats sturdy and effcient. Thats what I am doing. I designed what I wanted, real simple, went to lowes, and most the wood i wanted was already at lengths i wanted, and what ever i needed cut to length, they do it for you for NOTHING! I like free. So, in the end, I spent less than 200 on wood and other components and got a 10ftx4ft coop thats also 4ft high and 3ft off the ground, so the run is completely covered, but able to open since my birds are essentially free range. It was a lot of work, don't get me wrong. Thank God for a drill.

My friend has had one of those for about 5 years....5 standard birds and it is located in a dog run where they spend their days and then they get free range time supervised of course. Just add hardwire cloth and ventilation, locks and you are good.
