Affectionate/needy chick?

We have one coturnix quail chick that will yell at us, until we pick it up, then it quiets down and twitters. Eventually, it wants down.... then it starts calling again... has anyone else experienced this?

Seems healthy, eats, drinks and moves well, is just a cuddlebug.

He is 1 of 19 in the brooder, and spends lots of time under the brooder plate....

it could very well be imprinted. nothing to worry about, if you keep picking it up when it wants it will likely grow up to be extremely friendly
