Affordable Custom Built Playhouse -L@@K at mine!!

It's everything I imagined it would be!
This playhouse is adorable. It has a latch on the door and sliding plexiglass windows.

I laid out some cinder blocks, so it would not be sitting in the mud when it rains.
My plans are to decorate it, cut a poop door to my kennel, & add some ventilation somewhere under the roofline.

Today, I covered the windows with chicken wire temporarily
& screwed a plank into the window ledge, so they could spend the night in there.
However, it turned out to be a warm and muggy nite and even with both windows opened it was very warm in the playhouse.
Many BYC members are looking for an option like this one. I found this gentleman on Craigs list and he did a great job. I recommend Bill Kennedy's Custom Built Playhouses.
Very affordable too mine was 350.00 and he delivered it from the Atlanta area.
Also, he builds a larger one for 500.00
He can also build it and then assemble it on your site if you have issues like a small gate opening to your property.

Very nice. That is a great deal. i think i spent about $325 for my first coop, a chick-n-barn. They are very flimsy and have no floor. Wish i would have know about all the possibilities of playhouses back then.
