Hubby wants me to make it tonight and use crunchy peanut butter because he love lots of nuts in his fudge...oh and he wants me to toss in some chocolate morsels....men! Look at the time I've posted this. He's gonna have to wait until tomorrow!

I would put the morsels in after you take it out of the mico.

They may still melt. Let us know how it comes out.

Well, did anyone make fudge this weekend????????? I think this is going to be a long day. It always seems like it's so long because of changing the clocks back. Anyone else think so???

Well I don't have to make fudge today. My DH had to make it we had a little bet and his team lost, the Jets. hahahaha

I hate this time change. It seems like hours after dark before I can go too bed. I got up this morning at 4:00 and after about 2 hours I got so cold, I went and got back in bed. But that makes me tired all day. It also makes it harder for me too make hubby understand that the chickens have too be fed a little earlier now cause we got more dark hours than daylight hours at the end of the day.
