After dark lighting

My DH and I set up flourescent lights inside the coop a few weeks back and I got this really nifty timer at Lowes that is digital.
It will automatically turn on at dusk and stay on for x# of hours after dusk. It has a dawn setting too. You have to program your location & date so it knows what time dusk/dawn is.

Cost was around $20. It would work great for Christmas lights too!

That's snazzy, we're considering whether to do some extra lighting this year. Our ladies haven't slacked off too much yet...we'll see.
