Age for laying eggs???

My Rhonda (a BB white) started laying at about 5 months.

It depends on the variety, the smaller types will lay sooner than a larger one.

All these responces about other people's turkeys laying at 5 to 6 months made me wonder why mine don't seem to. Then I realized that I sell pretty much all of my earlier hatched stuff so anything that I keep was usually hatched in late July or August. So by the time they are 6 moths old it's the middle of winter so I guess that's why they don't lay until spring.
