Age, Gender, and Classification?

Just wanted to ask you guys some questions about the new little dudes that I got recently.
The guy I got them said they were Cochins.
How old are they?
Hen or roo? How can you tell?
What type of Cochin are they?

They do look like cochins - the middle one is a white cochin, the bottom one is a barred cochin, and I'm not 100% on what color the top one would be considered. So far I don't see any comb and wattle growth or redness that would indicate you have a cockerel.
