Age?

any idea about how old these two are? I think they are siblings. The Black one had a weak funny crow today. Was cut. The gray one is being picked on some. Especially by another small rooster, that or he is trying to mate with her.... which brings me to another question. If he does fertilize an egg what does that mean to me as far as eating them. I will be collecting 1 or 2 times a day (hopefully not more then every 24 house). Was planing on storing on my counter. Room temp from 70- 75 depending on how I fell (I get cold easily). Pls advise
