I have 6 calls, 2 welsh harlequins, and a Cayuga housed together. They all grew up together & have been fine up until recently. One of my male calls has been chasing my harlequin hen. Obviously he's not hurting her, but he's kind of constantly biting at her butt and chasing her around. I feel bad for her, especially since she's the one doing the work for me & he's just being a jerk. What do I do? I would prefer to not cull because he doesn't attack any of the other hens, but is it even worth trying to sell him?

Can you split up your groups and put the WH in with the group not with the drake. You'll have two flocks until breeding season is over or winding down. You could have the Calls together and the 2 WH and Cayuga in another?
