Aggressive Duck and Possible Bleeding Wing

I know this thread is a few months old, but my drakelet who is just 7 weeks is pulling feathers from my favorite duckling. She has had some blood feathers pulled.
Do you think I should make him a drake jail? Should I separate them only during the day when he seems to do it? Is it cruel to do so young?
I think they all follow him around, but it seems he likes to pull feathers from this one especially.

If he is doing this then I'd give him some time out but where they can all still see each other If he is only doing it during the daytime let them all be together at night.

I can't understand why they seem to pick on just one? I've never had my drake do this except when I let my one Muscovy who was with my old drake all his life and when he died I had to integrate her into the group I have that was separate from them. Opie was not nice to her but she did keep her distance. He seems way too young to be doing this.
