Aggressive toulouse goose

I have two toulouse geese that are roughly 4/5 months old.
I introduced them to my ducks and there was no problem up until recently.
One of the geese keeps on attacking one of the ducks (a small Indian runner)
The goose has plucked all the feathers from her head and alot of the ones on her back and wings.
I have since separated the the duck to let her recover.
Is this something that will keep happening if I reintroduce them?

Geese are hit and miss with getting along with other species. If possible I would keep them separated. I had a gander that was killing chickens, and trying to kill the ducks. I now have fences that the ducks and chickens can go under or over and the geese cannot. We also removed that gander.

Seperation it is then, great idea to have a gap under the fence for them, thank you
