We have a couple hens that are one year old that have white goop coming out of there butts along with feathers falling out in butt region. Today, one appears to be lethargic and sick. We have seven others that don't seem to be affected. We have separated the two with white butts. The poop seems runny and white.
Last June, I saw some of this white gunk and treated them with apple cider vinegar. I was thinking this was candidas. They stopped laying eggs as well. Any suggestions? I have called local vets and they really don't know chickens.
