I highly doubt that will happen, considering the fact that you're a minor and aren't even old enough to open a bank account.

Most of us post perhaps once a year to discuss an issue with a sick hen or some such thing.

You on the other hand have sick animals nearly every week.
How is this going to end? Is it going to end with you helping your animals by taking our advice? Or will it end with your animals slowly dying one by one??

Perhaps a call to animal control could resolve the issue.

I don’t think the bank will be able to help and the vet has set prices.

Then call animal control services and child protective services.

If you don't call, you're complicit in this neglect, and you're allowing these animals to continue being neglected.

I would call too. At this point, the admins need to track the IP address of the account and call. I'm sure animal control would be able to find the place eventually, since the IP would give an idea of the general area. They're in rural Montana, so it's not like they have to go door-to-door in the suburbs.
