I am in NO WAY saying this is what is wrong with your boy, or that you should administer this medication, but since you asked...
Vitamin B complex. But I caught it early enough that the feed store variety was sufficient (although it was a gamble, even in my case) If it is not caught VERY early, you will need the higher dosage formula that only vets can provide, plus other medications for supportive care.
Blindness, uncoordinated eye movement and stumbling are all signs of neurological problems, and advanced illness. (the cause can vary greatly though, which is why you need to call the vet)

Edit: all that being said, it sounds like you are dealing with something else
 
Are they getting actual goat feed? My female I still have got really sick when she was younger (I'll have to ask my mom what it was, I can't remember) but it was because she wasn't getting enough of something since she was eating sheep food
yes, they are getting goat food.
 
so i have their number, and my parents are gonna be home all day. would they respond if i text instead of call?
 
Do they get hay they don't only need timothy. alfalfa is important also but a little less of that I feed my goat a mixture I make which consists of alfalfa pellets sweet feed to make it palatable cracked corn and oats they get half of a scoop each and they get hay
