This looks like calcium deposits to me. If so, you don't have to worry. Although I've never seen an egg with quite this many before

I know I've seen bumpy but this is extremely bumpy if it wasn't a calcium deposit what would it be?

Probably just calcium deposits. Some are bumper than others
