Anyone seen an air cell that dips? Is this thing alive??. I honestly couldn’t tell if there was movement or not

The picture is quite blurry, could you take a few photos from the side and top? It looks quite odd, but I want to see if you can see any veins?

There are tons of veins and there’s a chick. I’m not home to take a better pic but I can later

To me, it looks like it may just be the shadow of a chick...but better photos would help!
