Air cell in the middle-anyone have an egg hatch with this?

I'm rephrasing this post to see if anyone might respond. I have an developing egg that has it's air cell in the middle. What are the chances of it living? Has anyone had a live chick come from this?
Also I've been having REALLY low hatch rates-mostly because of an infertile rooster, but I used 7 of my friends eggs and only 1 is developing... Any suggestions?

I had an egg hatch with the air pocket on one side not on either end. Give it a chance. It was a guinnea egg and she is about 3 months old now
