Air Cell in Wrong End of Egg

Hi Everyone. I've been a long time lurker but this is my first post. I have a bantam egg that is currently at day 14 of incubation. Everything is developing perfectly except the air cell is in the wrong end of the egg! Will this be ok? If not what should i do to correct the problem?
