Air cell too small for day 18?

Hello
I am incubating 22 eggs in my homemade incubator, I took these pictures yesterday, which was day 18, then I moved them into a basket and started lockdown, I raised the humidity to %68-%70
I don't know whether I'm being oversensitive but I feel like these air cells are smaller than what they should be compared to that famous air cell diagram. Any idea?

Yes there's a fan up top, 37.4 to 37.7c which is 99.3 to 99.8 F
And the humidity has been kept on 45

Nevermind, they all hatched just fine
3 eggs were infertile to begin with, removed them on day 7
22 hatched
So I got a %100 hatch rate from a cheap homemade incubator

I’m in lockdown now with my homemade incubator.. so far all 18 that were fertile are good!

Can we see what this "cheap, homemade incubator" looks like, please? Maybe with instructions on how it was made? All I'm seeing is the lockdown basket. Thanks.
