You can't blame yourself if the egg is contaminated.

Bacteria is in the air. Bacteria is on the eggs. It can enter through the pores. The incubator is a warm moist environment, perfect for bacterial growth. Eggs can get contaminated if the bator was not properly cleaned before setting the eggs.

Gothca. I'll keep an eye on that egg then. I hope everything goes well.

I sure hope so!! Thank you!! I'll still keep an eye on it just in case, and update how it's going.

Update: I candled the egg again to check on it. Although yesterday the embryo was moving a little, it looks like the veining has receeded. And it doesn't move anymore.
So, unfortunately, I am guessing it was bacteria contamination. Now I'm down to 6 eggs started off with 9.
But, thank you y'all who took the time to help me. Really appreciate it!

I did, and it was just as I saw while candling. The viens receeded and it was just about start smelling too. It's sad, but unfortunately it happens.
