Air/transparent sack on my chicly of around 2 months

My chick, I've had her for about two months and her crop has been puffed since three days now and I don't know how to get it down and now I see this on her neck, please help me, I'm so scared that she'll die.

Is her crop emptied out in the morning? That would be normal function.

No, it still looks like the picture.

The crop is on the front of the chest, where the index finger is in the pic. That picture to me looks like the bump is over the shoulder. Or is it so large that it takes up all that space combined? I wouldn't think the crop would swell upwards like that, but rather outwards and downwards.
