Oops...we did it again. Baby Muscovy for sale and another awesome mom.
Sabrina duck and her brood -- silly girl snuck under an overturned wheelbarrow and was about 10 days into incubation before I found the nest.

And spunky! They are already jumping at bugs! I swore only 5 muscovy, but then another one flew in, and I really like (and kept) 2 of Amelia's blue ducklings. They're so pretty!

They're slowly coming around. They're FINALLY daring to go outside the run when it's free range time. They're not real fond of sudden movements. But food time, that's always a good time.

Tricks for those trying to find things on BYC:

At the bottom of the page where there's numbers and then the part where there's dots (1, ..., 300, 301, 302) if you click on the dots you can type in what page you want to go to.

If you want to link a post, you can click on the post number above the post you want to link. It will go to a new page and show the link in the URL bar. Short version is right clicking on the post number and selecting "copy link location".

I know someone mentioned earlier about only being able to go 10 pages at a time, so I figured Id' share

Toasterburn's hens were raised by me and I sold them to him. I really wasn't going to get rid of them, but I love to help people get started in chickens and he had been having a hard time finding some laying hens. My plan for those girls was to pen them with the BCMs this spring and raise some F2 Olive eggers. I've never had any before, but I can raise some more if I really want to .....
