I have collected 8 of your blue eggs so far. The color looks good, they have just come off a molt, but the size could be better. That's okay, though, they should hatch out just fine. The dad will be either an EE (mostly white) or BCM rooster which will give you either EEs or OE chicks. I am starting your batch as soon as I have 15.
There is plenty of room in my incubator. If anyone else wants some, I will make you the same deal - you tell me how many to set, you buy all that hatch and agree to pick them up the first Saturday after they hatch. The are all running together right now, so I can't make any guarantees on purity, but the possibilities are EE, OE, or BCMs. I will add pics of my eggs in a bit.
Without the flash which casts a greyish hue on all the eggs, compare the white paper plate to the white egg. It deepens the actual color a bit.
With the flash (and my foot!) which washes out the color. The actual shade of blue ( and the other egg colors as well) is between this pic and the one above. The light brown egg is from my production red hen that is over three years old so it is quite light for a brown egg.
My BCM eggs and my Silver Campine eggs. The BCM hens are also with the EE rooster and the BCM rooster so those eggs would hatch either OE or pure BCM chicks. I will be separating the EEs and the BCMs in a couple of weeks. I brought a nice Blue/Black splash Ameraucana cock back from the Ohio Nationals last week and he is still in isolation (quarantine) for another couple of weeks. He will be over the hens at that time. My EE rooster will be over the egg flock, free ranging to his heart's content. Once they have been separated, the price I charge for the chicks will be more than double what I ask for them now.

My ferocious LGD has made his first kill. He is 10 1/2 weeks old.
My house dog, Paisley, was digging after moles in the yard and managed to unearth one. Paisley takes it upon herself to protect the household from loathsome moles and homicidal squirrels. They are stealthy and cunning and she rarely catches them but this day she was victorious. She flung it aside to sniff and nose prod it a bit, as is her habit, before she applies her ninja death flea. The LGD pounced, taking the spoils of her hard work in his mouth, and making both DH and Paisley angry. They both felt that the house dog should have had it. She, after all, dug it up! So he chased the pup, who was trotting around happily with live mole hanging out each side of his mouth. DH caught the pup and had to pry it's fearsome jaws apart to release the prize. When the mole was released and fell to the ground, DH let go of the LGD pup to retrieve the mole for Paisley, but he was too slow. The pup was on the mole in a flash and this time swallowed the wicked beast whole. DH and Paisley looked on in bewilderment and the pup sported a look of triumphant satisfaction. Paisley stayed mad at DH and the pup for several hours. It does not help her ire that every time she finds a secluded spot to do her business and the pup notices her in mid evacuation, he runs full speed and bowls her over! She snaps and snarls and tries to reset to continue, but he does it again.
