ALABAMA!!

Now Allaboutdemchicks gave me some silky eggs and I hope they all hatch. However, tell me what is the difference? Don't all silkies have beards for only the roos? Hers are really nice as far as what I know about silkies.

There are bearded and non bearded silkies, the two are separate, in the bearded both hens and roos have beards.

Hello all. I need a barred rock rooster, mine died a couple of weeks ago. No hatchery please. Must be old enough to breed. I live in Cullman and will drive 50 miles for one. I am also looking for non-hatchery giant pure breeds such as delaware's, chicks, grown or eggs. Does anyone know of a flea market that has alot of chickens within 50 miles of me?Thanks,Billy.
