that is crazy! What is your husband's name? I will tell dad I met you on a chicken forum. yeah heused to be real heavy into the drag racing and stuff. He's recently put all that passion into fishing. how funny!

I am new to chickens, so far I have only bought 1 black Australarp's I am looking to buy more chicks of different breeds.
I am have problems trying to find breeders near me that have some for sale. I did find one lady and she is going to hatch me a few of the three kinds she has. But still looking for more.

Oops -- I had it mixed up with Union in Greene County. I have a few Black Australorps, too. Would you like a rooster?

I think I have at least 6 roosters in my little 12 Australorps already. lol Where are you and what other chickens do you have?

I'm west of Tuscaloosa. I also have two Easter Eggers -- hope to add Black Copper Marans and perhaps a Cream Legbar or something that lays blue eggs.

We go up to Tuscaloosa all the time to shop as there is nothing around here. lol
We went and picked up a couple of American'a and 4 Brown Leghorns today in Selma. My hubby is going to put most of the Black roos in the freezer when they get larger.
I just want a little variety so I understand wanting something that lays blue eggs. I would like to get one also later on.
