Stumpy - what colors are you getting from your EEs? I'm getting some nice light blue eggs from hens from that same batch.

Bsisco, before you go to TSC remember I'll be at Lacon on sat selling pure ameraucana, bantum cochin, and   Yes guys you heard it here first.  Blue and Black orpingtons.  Chicks and hatching eggs of all the above.

Are you still planning on being in Lacon tomorrow? We were planning on comming to see you fairly early if you were. My daughter has to be at the ball field at 9:30 and my son in football combine training in bham at 12:00. Can't wait for summer when they aren't running as much...lol

I will be in Lacon. I plan to be there early. I will try to leave home about 5:45 puts me there about 7am. I will be there until sold out or about 11. I plan to be over on the old side across the ditch where the other chicken traders usually are. Please come by and say hi.

Good luck! I am finishing up some add ons to buildings and metal roofing put on. I can say this. THERE WILL BE NO MORE PROJECTS! NONE! Now, later when I say I was thinking about doing this or that PLEASE refer me to this post. LOL!

Maybe if I write it down it will make it happen. Then again, I said this I don't know how many times and then I find myself out there working on pens.

Ha, yeah right! I'm working on more pens to separate out marans breeding pairs, and I've got chicks coming out my ears. !!!

I've got several black silkies. Not that you'd want any for an egg laying flock. They're not bad at it, they're just not rock stars. I am going to Chelsea Alabama tomorrow afternoon to get 5 black jersey giants, and 5 speckled sussexes. They are going to stay in their own coop tractor combo in the front yard. The silkies have the big coop and tractors in the backyard.

I am getting two nice shades of green, sort of a light olive and light mint.
