Chirpingcricket - We will be passing through Fairhope next Saturday. I would love to meet for coffee or lunch, but DH will be driving, so there will be no non-essential stops (MEN!)
Oh Nooooo,

. That's just not right!!!! hahaha Quick..... wonder if we can find a way to get those fellows to really want to meet? Er, hummmm, well, I doubt it would be football, 'cause round here, we're Auburn, and I'm guessing your fellow is Tide all the way. DH has played Rugby all his life and coached it the rest.....

One thought, we throw really good Auburn/Alabama game day parties...... hummmm, just something to think about.

Even DH wanted to know if ya'll are heading to the beaches, etc.?

If you get a chance, check out Fairhope Beach, Marina, Park, all in one area. We're just 6 miles away from our front door, to the area. See if you can pull it up online.....

Their restuarant, called the Yardarm Resturant at the Marina....is our favorite place for fried flounder. They do everything in peanut oil, makes it extra crispy/more healthy! Deelish! And boy it makes a pretty dish.
I don't leave anything but the bones behind, hahaha, lip smacking good. And their gumbo, please!!

Next time around, be sure to meet us at the Yardarm Restaurant. After lunch/dinner, we'll walk the pier to see what the locals are catching, then take a walk on the beach and then back to the huge water fountain/rose garden at the foot of the pier to watch the sunset.

You gotta give it to us, we are trying realy hard here, and this offer goes to anyone who can head this way!!!
