ALABAMA!!

Ha, yes we are doing the soccer thing right now too! Thankfully no soccer this weekend because of spring break. Next month I may not be able to attend, but in May we will try to schedule it at the end of the month AFTER soccer season!

Well we have soccer Saturday and Sunday's through the end of may. I don't know if there will be a spring season for us next year. My stuff around the house has been seriously curtailed since this started. We are on spring break too and I refuse to go to practice because there is no game this week.
Do you have a facebook page link to the sale? If so can you post it, i'd like to come when i have a chance. Parents are in Decatur so might be able to work a trip in for that.

Springville would be great. I am looking for the Coturnix and maybe some A&M's. If you can remember who it was please let me know. Springville is only about 10 miles from me so that would be most convenient.

A&M is a coturnix. It's just a white coturnix . That's what the majority of my quails are. They are very good pets but can be aggressive to each other at times.

What is your Facebook page? I would like to 'like' it or friend you or whatever on there

This is the link for the page when I was on it? Probably need to copy and paste. It is called the "Small Livestock Swap and Sale Kickoff Event". Not sure how many vendors will be there because this is the first event and we are trying to spread the word. The next sale is May 24th at the Harvest Feed Mill. We will put out more details as soon as we know more! If anyone has any small animals or chicks to sell this weekend, post here and I will add you to our list. Registration is $5.00 per vendor which can be paid day of. We still have room! I know we will have some pigmy goats, a few chicks, rabbits and some mini horses? Not sure of what else for this first event. Just let me know!

So do you sell chicks? If so, where are you located? That would give me 50 percent of what I am looking for?

Actually I was been playing around with an homemade incubator for awhile and I FINALLY got a couple hatched today and I'm expecting a couple more to hatch in a few days.
Happy to sell them since I'm expecting some cochin bantam chicks but I probably will not have enough quail chicks to make it worth driving 1-1/2 hours down toward me in Shelby county.

For now I work in hoover. So shelby county is not far from where I work. When I asked, I wasn't necessarily talking about now. I don't even have a pen built. Still trying to figure that out. How big i want to go, how I want to build it etc. My wife works in hoover as well so not that big of a deal to make the trip. Would love to see pics of the incubator and your quail cage set up if you don't mind.

I'm sorry! For rlshaw, I think...they said something about livestock swap event, or farm day...something along those lines. I would like to be able to keep up with the events in case I can make it to any
