Has anyone ever gave a chicken a bath? I have one that got into some axle grease from my boat trailer wondering what I could do to get it off.

Yes I have. Try Dawn dish washing soap.
its probably not going to be a pretty sight lol. Although i did watch a youtube video of a chicken swimming like a duck in an in-ground swimming pool. Good luck
I have washed a chicken before. Baby shampoo was my soap of choice.
But the dawn would likely work better for something so greasy.
I pour a gallon in that casserole dish twice a day.. that's how fast they empty it. They drink it and stand in it to cool off.
I think i have 4 out of 7 broodies
Or does the heat make them be lazy in nestingboxes?
Think I got more soap on me than the chicken!
