Ok so i know this is a chicken website, but I thought I'd ask. Does anyone know where to get raw milk in Alabama, Birmingham general area to be more specific? Or even just a dairy or two nearby? Thanks!

I am in need of a few baby chicks. I have a broody that has failed, but, she just wont give up. I have locked her up in the hutch, which btw is off the ground with hardware net for a floor, so she dumps the food bowl and pushes it under her. She has been sitting too long for me to get more eggs for her. She has hatched before, so I don't doubt her abilities. Anyone have any new borns? I just need a couple.

Hey!  Cut the heat down on that fried egg, bubbles in the white are a no-no!  Unless, of course, you like the white crispy and the yolk solid. 

I prefer my white smooth with just a bit of crisp on the edge and the yolk runny with a biscuit to sop in it.

Ole lady was cooking and called me in to take a quick pick. That's the only one that had "bubbles". I was wondering why it had bubbles and none of the others did? She turned the heat down, waiting for me to come take a quick pic. I chalked it up to my severely young hens laying. They are pounding out the eggs.
