Hi!! I'm in the North Alabama area, near Athens. Great to see an Alabama thread! :)

I posted my story in the Introduction thread already, but basically, we went from 5 chickens to 27 within the matter of a couple months. Two hens managed to hatch every egg in the nest! It was adorable when they were babies...and I still love them, but I'm going to have to rehome quite a few unfortunately :(

They are free roamers over a couple acres of land, so now it's starting to look like that commercial with the free range chickens.

Anyways, it's nice to meet all of you, and Roll Tide!

Hello,

I'm just across the state line in Mississippi. There aren't too many chicken people in South Mississippi so I thought I'd stop by here and say Hi. I have mostly English Orpingtons plus Plymouth Barred Rocks and Heritage Delaware. Love, love my chickens!

Hi Neighbor!! You know I never get tired of seeing your gorgeous Orps!
