Now I have to tell you. We went to church today to the New Hope church here in Millbrook. Of course it's different than where I attend in NY but it was good. The word was very good. It was also Pastor appreciation day and there was a banquet afterwards. I met some nice people and got to help out with clean up.

Now ,now it's not that hard to learn. When it gets real bad you just shut the door and stay inside til it passes. I hate the cold too, that's why I came to visit y'all. But anything north of below zero is not freezing.

I will admit chickens can deal with the cold easier than the heat. Though they don't lay well.

I'm with you, Back2MyRoots! I LOVE being outside when the weather's good. I resent it when it's like this and I just want to stay in side. haha! I do get more house work done on days like this, though.

And yeah, my house in winter is spotless. My house in the summer looks like a train wreck! Spring cleaning? Heck no! It's fall cleaning for me!

I'm actually in LaFayette, but 99.9% of the population has like NO IDEA where that is, so I just say Auburn---that way they have at least a clue as the area I'm from!
