"good, now breathe fire on this rock for as long as you can" aSaphira said landing on a ledge. Arya nodded her aprooval "very good, now go meditate on the stump over there" arya said pointing to the stump about 20 feet from where she was sitting.

Miriel landed in front of the rock and began breathing fire on it for ten minutes, then twenty, then thirty. Finally, after forty minutes she was unable to continue breathing her fire and stopped. The stone had been reduced to a cherry red half-melted puddle.

Selena sat on the stump, crossed her legs, and closed her eyes. She opened her mind, sensing all the living creatures in the area.

"you need to concentrate the flame more, use your tounge to direct the flame" aSaphira said. arya decided to do something while miriel was meditating "meditate for at least an hour then come find me" arya said and unfolded her long legs and stood up.

(Hee hee, now you're doing it. Miriel was meditating?!)

"I will, next time," Miriel said to aSaphira.

"All right," Selena said.

(oh.... yeah i would change it but i can't edit posts on my laptop :/ ) arya walked deeper in the woods away from selena. aSaphira nodded "now I want you to pick up that rock over there and hover with it" aSaphira said

Greer flew to where Miriel and a Saphira were. "Let's have a race." He said.

Miriel lifted the rock higher. The wind from her wings buffeted the training area.

An hour later, Selena opened her eyes and got off the stump. She set off in search of Arya.
