So I had three turkeys (Broad breasted bronze)
and their weights processed came to
24#, 29# and 30#. Not bad at all. They were a May 27th hatch, so almost 5 months old. I can't wait to do a heritage breed!

Aimee, Sam smoked a whole turkey breast and made it into sandwich meat... it was YUMMY!

Donna, she's doing just fine, Sam named her Tundra. The little Polish mix is good too... and I'm QUITE sure that one's gonna be a boy... got a heck of a comb on it already...lol
