Well ladies, it looks as tho we have ONE for sure chick in the 13 I set. We have discarded all but 4 of the eggs, and three of those are VERY iffy... one had definately movement tho! I'm happy with one at this point and I hope the lil bugger makes it out ok!! Thanks Donna

I have no idea how long my three birds have been broody, and I go out three times a day and no chicks yet. These same three birds have been broody over and over and over and each time something happens (Dumb butt collects ALL the eggs, we had to move, etc.) and I know they are gonna kills themselves if they don't hatch something. If this doesn't work, I am gonna buy some chicks and stuff them under them.

You got that right!!!!! Two of them are Buff Orps. VERY Stubborn broodies. Gentile chickens turned attack chicken. The other is a barred rock. Plus it gives me an excuse to buy chicks. HAHAHA!

Anarchy, those days are long past for me but I remember just how bad one's feet can hurt! But high heels? That's plain wrong....
