Tell me about it. I am not a small woman and heels KILL me. The up side to the job was that we could take home all of the discontinued stuff, as much as we wanted. The skinny gals took the clothing, I took the perfume and lotion.

I don't know how you did it. I spent all my time looking for comfortable shoes I could stand in for long periods. Heels and I'd be crippled still. I am glad there was some reward.

It comes under the heading of "experience" and that's worth something. It sounds like things came around to where they should be though, and that means you are one lucky woman!

I am far more than lucky. In my youth, by all rights I should be dead. Fortunately I was wanted here on earth for still unknown purpose. I may never know til I meet my Maker. All I know today is that every day I am thankful for surviving, and now, thriving.

Ok so there was this pirate that walked into a bar and he had a steering wheel in his pants. The bartender looked at him funny and asked "Why is that steering wheel in your pants?", the pirate looked and him and said "Argh, it's driving me nuts!".

that was about the only silly joke I could remember tonight. For some reason that one makes me laugh over and over. I sure am glad I poked in this thread. I may not be from Alaska, but I do love meeting new people!

Ok let me revise that statement. I like meeting new people online. In real life, I have to side step around to see where they stand on all things that concern me. Online I can just say it and if ya don't like it move on! Fabulous!!!!
