WW, as long as they pick it up at your place, you can sell something like 1000 birds per year under exemption. More than that, and things get iffy. That is only for personal consumption, to sell to a restaurant or grocer they have to be processed at a USDA approved facility, and as of right now there isn't one. Well, technically, Mat Valley Meats SHOULD do it since they get federal funding etc, but they "don't want to mess" with the small things like chickens and rabbits.
I'm on their case.
Basically, if you had an individual inquire about buying your birds for their personal use, you're in the clear.
