Alaska Craigslist uproar - oh, the humor! NOT!.. I'm done.

I got my chicken coop flagged on Craigslist. Don't know why, it's was in the Farm and Garden section for Colorado. Most of us know what a farm is here.

I honestly have no idea what the deal is with the flaggers. Somebody has a burr up their butt.

I could understand if I posted my website in the Farm/Garden section, complete with a sales pitch and all, but I just posted quail and the price, with the number I had available, and it was flagged after 2 weeks on the boards.

Couldn't believe it.
Of course, there's a section for small businesses, but no one looks at that...

I have a topic floating around here somewhere about the a post I put on CL. I live in WI and I had people in New Jersey and California flagging my posts. Not even close to where I live....I had flaggers from both sides of the country.....

I had the puppies listed in F&G because I thought being they were livestock dogs it was ok. Well it got flagged and removed for that. So I moved it to pets where they said and then they flagged and removed it again (the same ones I believe--or at least they were the same ones that answered my ??'s as to why it was flagged and removed).
The puppies were my first, only and last post ever. I will never post on there again...

If I had to guess, the reason these animal posts are a target is because of PETA members.

That could very well be. They seem to have given up completely, now. But for a while there it was really crazy...

They blame the AlaskaList.com, which is similar to CL without all the restrictions, for doing all the flagging, but I don't think that's it. Some people just have too much time on their hands.
